Global Max Asia Company Limited, Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services, a crew management services company which accredited by the Ministry of Transportation, Department of Marine Administration (D.M.A) as Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services Provider, Provisional License No SRPS/ PMN/176. The Company Registration No. 101243796 aims to provide long term real values to domestic and overseas customers through our continuous investment and innovation in human resources capital in MYANMAR.
Since incorporated in 2005 As Local Representative of Ex: MAX SHIPPING MANAGEMENT PTE LTD.(SINGAPORE). According to the New Regulation of Myanmar Marine Department, we renew name to Global Max Asia Company Limited (SRPS) by requirement of MLC 2006.
We have established good support with clients from World Wide. We have been providing full set, half set and basis of Myanmar seafarers to clients on various types of vessels comprising Bulk Carrier, Container, Oil/Chemical Tanker, Offshore Vessel, presently reaching a portfolio of 70 vessels and more than 500 seafarers onboard in total.
In order to serve our valued customers well and efficiently, and provide more qualified and competent seafarer, GMA has been The Requirements of the Management System Standards ISO: 9001:2015 Scope of Certificates PROVISION OF MANPOWER TO SHIP OWNERS, SHIP MANAGERS AND SHIP OPERATORS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE INTERNATIONAL LABOUR ORGANIZATION’S MARITIME LABOUR CONVENTION 2006 (MLC 2006) AS APPLICABLE TO SEAFARER RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT SERVICES, Certificate No. 56753 by ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) on 20 Feb 2015, to ensure standardization and legality of our services to every customer. Which enable us qualified in providing total crew management service as per international and national regulations.

We select qualified personnel to work on a diverse range of vessels. Today, our database of marine specialists allows us to react quickly to any requests from Client Ship-owners.
Understanding the market development tendencies, we are widening our services, giving our Company an opportunity to operate in the tightening conditions of marine specialists' market and the growing competition.
Global Max Asia Company offers the following services to its Clients:
• Recruiting specialists – officers and ratings - whose experience and qualification comply with the Employer's
requirements;
• Recruiting marine educational institution cadets and graduates for shipboard training and further employment
on our Clients' ships;
• Checking that candidates have appropriate marine documents in accordance STCW and MLC valid for the
entire duration of the contract;
• Organizing additional training for seafarers;
• Executing any documents required by the ship flag state administration;
• Assisting in receiving necessary visas, drawing up crew lists;
• Ordering and arranging tickets using marine tariffs;
• Planning schedules of crew changes;
• Accounting and payment of wages to ships' crews;
• Full crew management.

All personnel fully comply with STCW and MLC requirements and always have the necessary experience relevant to the type of tonnage to which they are appointed.
